The Art of Exhibiting

Posted by admin | Posted in Trade Show Marketing | Posted on 11-01-2011

Customers can only grasp the full potential of products and services with clear explanations and examples. Therefore, company owners who wish to earn top rates in their industries must put extensive thought and effort into trade show displays.

Four trade show styles exist in the market. This list comprises pop up displays, modular exhibits, trade show rentals, and custom exhibits.

Exhibitors frequently on the road choose pop up displays for their durability, portability, and easy setup. These displays serve exhibitors for years before requiring refurbishment, and they function well alongside other portable displays, such as banner stands and literature racks.

Companies selling tangible products like modular exhibits, a display style in which exhibitors situate tailored or customized stands to present products. These exhibits are guaranteed to draw attention, especially with personal designs and added accessories.

Trade show rentals are best suited for companies that rarely exhibit or have limited exhibiting experience at trade shows. Exhibitors rent a booth, choosing from portable sizes to islands, and customize the booth to fit their needs and marketing aims. Rentals also save exhibitors on shipping and storage costs.

Company owners build custom exhibits in stores, displaying specialty and famed products to passing customers. This popular trade show display is based on market position and goals, company logistics, and traffic flow.

For successful shows, companies customize in-store exhibits and add personal touches to pop up displays, using plenty of portable accessories as exhibitors travel nationwide.

A Marketers Life To Trade Show Exhibiting

Posted by admin | Posted in Outdoor Displays, Trade Show Marketing | Posted on 24-06-2010

There are times in a marketer’s life when the realization that his or her marketing plan or objectives is just no cutting it.  A good marketer would set parameters, adjust the plan and develop new strategies that have better chance for success. So if a good marketer is willing to do this then why shouldn’t you follow suit.

Trade Show Marketing can be a tiring and expensive marketing endeavor especially if it’s not done properly. I know in this economy budget constraints can be an issue and I am definitely not declaring that you need to spend a-lot money to be successful at the show. What you do need is a solid plan and display that fits your company’s branding needs. Whether it is a portable trade show exhibit, pop up displays, or larger custom trade show exhibits you need to find the best suitable display at the best price possible.

Your trade show display should be designed not to only attract show attendees but convey your company message and instill brand recognition amongst visitors. This is where most trade show marketers fail. From my experience many exhibitors think they just have to show up and by doing so they will receive all the leads that they need to deem the show a success. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Not only does your display have instill a sense a professionalism amongst the exhibitors so does your staff.  At the show you should have well trained staff members manning the booth. You want to make a good first impression and having an untrained or understaffed booth doesn’t exactly shout professionalism to the attendees.

As mention earlier your trade show display represents your company. I understand that exhibitors want to get their monies worth from their booth but you also need to have and open mind and realize when your booth is no longer drawing attention or representing your company in the best light. This doesn’t necessarily mean go out and purchase a new booth some simple refurbishments, updated graphics, or added accessories such as new trade show flooring, banner stands and literature racks can make a world of difference. These simple updates can create a whole new look and offer more branding space.

When preparing for your next show spend the time and effort involved in making sure that your booth and company are represented in the best way possible and success is sure to follow.

These displays can be set up in many different configurations allowing substantial savings in future redesigns and configurations. Exhibit Rentals: Lowering the Cost of Exhibiting

Posted by admin | Posted in EXHIBIT RENTALS | Posted on 22-05-2009

Exhibitions have long been a mainstay of marketing products and services, and for the small business owner, selling at exhibitions is a great, low cost way of finding new sales leads and warming up potential prospects.  A vital part of exhibiting in any public-facing environment is the trade show booth or display, which can make or break your sales pitch.  Without a quality display that’s both aesthetically pleasing and practically fit for purposes, you’re not giving your business a fair chance at closing those vital extra sales.  Indeed, without an appropriate trade show display, you might even scare off potential customers, or talk them out of doing business with you before they’ve had a chance to see what you really have to offer.

Unfortunately for many businesses, cash flow is often tight, and the purchase of trade show displays and stands can add yet more pressure to already squeezed budgets.  One potential way around this is to opt for exhibit rentals, rather than purchasing outright.  While trade show exhibit rentals may sound like the ideal solution for the business short of cash or looking to preserve resources during the economic downturn, it’s nonetheless important to recognize exhibit rentals might not be for everyone, and indeed, only a limited number of exhibit stand suppliers deal in exhibit rentals at all. The rule of them is your attending three or more shows renting may not be the best option. Do your homework and find a reputable full service display company they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Posted by admin | Posted in Retractable banner stands | Posted on 25-03-2009

We’ve all seen them at conventions and trade shows…those disheveled businessmen and women carrying and hauling behind them so much equipment and presentation material that they look more like pack mules. They come in and spend hours assembling and piecing together elaborate trade show displays and fancy marketing materials and then spend just as long taking it all down once the event is over.
Is there an easier way? Enter the retractable banner stands. Towering over seven feet high, they start out looking like nothing more than a long hollow tube. In seconds and with one quick pull of the handle, you suddenly have a wall of color and text advertising and informing potential customers. Modern graphic and printing techniques produce banners that are simply works of art. These gorgeous full-color eye-catchers will have attendees stopping mid-stride. When the show is over, it takes mere minutes to break down your booth and head out.
Gone are the days of ridgid displays and heavy posters. This economical, easy trade show stopper is the wave of the future.
